What we collect
When you apply, we collect what you type into the application: your name, email address, phone number, where you live or where the business is, and your answers about your experience or your business. If you start an application and stop, we keep what you entered up to that point so you can finish later.
We also collect technical information when you visit: your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you view, and how far you get in the application. Advertising tags from Meta and LinkedIn run on these pages and may set cookies so that we can measure which advertisements led to applications. See the section on cookies below.
How we use it
To read and consider your application, to contact you about it, to keep a record of applications we have received, and to measure and improve our advertising. If you gave separate consent, we may also contact you with calls or text messages that use automated or AI technology. You can withdraw that consent at any time by replying STOP to a text or by writing to us.
Who sees it
Your application goes to the two partners of 500 Management LLC. We do not sell applications or share them for other companies' marketing. Service providers that host these pages, store our records, send our email and run our advertising measurement process data on our behalf under their own terms. Meta and LinkedIn receive hashed contact details and technical data from the application events described below.
Cookies and advertising measurement
These pages use the Meta pixel and the LinkedIn Insight Tag. They record page views and application steps, and send them to Meta and LinkedIn together with cookie identifiers and, when you apply, a hashed form of your email address, phone number and name. This lets us see which advertisements lead to applications. You can limit this in your browser's cookie settings and in your Meta and LinkedIn advertising preferences.
How long we keep it
We keep applications while we consider them and afterwards as a record, unless you ask us to delete yours. If you told us we may keep your application on file, we keep it until you ask us not to.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, by writing to applications@500-mgmt.com. Residents of some states have additional rights under state privacy laws; write to the same address to use them.
Changes
If this notice changes, the new version is published here with a new effective date.
